Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. List of vacancies we have for you:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience with customers.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 yr Financial BPO Exp
- Good Communication Skills
- Start date: February 2024
- 18 years old and above, Filipino Citizen
Nice to have (Optional):
- Proven customer service experience.

Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php28,987.00 per month
