Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Payroll & HR Messenger, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the delivery of various payroll and HR documents. Responsibilities include safe transportation of sensitive information, coordinating delivery schedules, obtaining client acknowledgments, and handling administrative tasks.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely transport payroll documents
- Maintain confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access
- Coordinate delivery schedules
- Obtain client signatures
- Communicate effectively
- Assist with payroll-related tasks
EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of payroll tasks preferred
- Proven delivery experience preferred
- Familiarity with Alabang, Taguig, Mandaluyong
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
