Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Specialist-Agents in Voice and Non-Voice Channels.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer needs using scripts.
- Understand company products and maintain professionalism.
- Show empathy and patience with customers.
Qualifications:
- Attend interview at Ortigas site (Face to Face Interview only).
- Filipino Citizen or residence status.
- 18 years old or above, at least High School Graduate.
- Conversant in English.
- Good active listening skills, patience, and empathy.
