Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in HOA management, property management, or administration is highly desirable. Familiarity with Philippine HOA regulations and practices is a plus.
- Note: This position may require occasional evening or weekend work, especially during HOA meetings or events.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (CASA REAL HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION)
- Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, maintain records, and assist in preparing reports and documentation for HOA meetings and activities.
- Financial Management: Monitor HOA finances, including budgeting, invoicing, collections, and payments. Coordinate with the HOA treasurer as needed.
- Membership Management: Maintain accurate membership records, process new memberships, and handle inquiries and concerns from HOA members regarding dues, privileges, and rules.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure the HOA operates in accordance with its bylaws, regulations, and local laws. Coordinate with legal advisors and regulatory bodies when necessary.
- Vendor and Contract Management: Oversee contracts with service providers such as security, maintenance, landscaping, and other vendors. Evaluate vendor performance and manage service agreements.
- Community Communication: Facilitate communication between the HOA board, committees, and residents. Distribute newsletters, announcements, and updates via various channels.
