Job Description
Job Position: Accounting Officer
Job Purpose: The Accounting Officer analyzes financial activities, ensures compliance with accounting requirements, and prepares budgets. Responsibilities include payroll preparation and Treasury functions.
Job Description:
- Adhere to financial procedures and policies
- Maintain and review financial records
- Ensure compliance with tax laws
- Prepare budgets and financial reports
- Process Payroll and check preparation
- Track financial data efficiently
- Assist in the audit process
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Previous experience as an Accounting Officer
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Experience in finance or business
- High sense of honesty, integrity, and reliability
- Attention to detail and understanding of data privacy standards
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
