Job Description
- Conduct in-depth analysis of project requirements and skill sets needed.
- Leverage various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen candidates meticulously to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to understand evolving needs.
- Implement innovative talent acquisition approaches.
- Facilitate communication between recruitment and operations teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least one year of recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
- Excellent assessment, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Capable of working independently.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to work on field when needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift, Monday to Friday, some weekends.
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary.
