Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, managing production planning, ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, and overseeing the overall performance of the plant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s College Degree, Licensed in Mechanical Engineering or related field required
- 5-10 years of experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
- Knowledge in Motorcycle Industry and related field is necessary
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate with various departments
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- People-oriented and willing to be assigned in Carmona, Silang Cavite
** Compensation and Benefits are negotiable based on skills and experiences
