Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in property management or homeowners’ association settings.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (CASA REAL HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION)
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the HOA.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Expense Management: Monitor expenses and ensure budget compliance.
- Tax Compliance: Assist in tax preparation and filing activities.
- Communication: Liaise with stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From Php14,00.00 per month
Schedule:
