Job Description
- Serve customers by selling products and meeting their needs.
- Manage existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts.
- Focus sales efforts on studying dealers’ volume.
- Submit orders based on price lists and product literature.
- Keep management informed through activity reports.
- Monitor competition to stay updated on the market.
- Recommend changes based on evaluation and competition.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating and recommending solutions.
- Stay updated with professional knowledge through education and publications.
- Provide historical sales records.
