Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving business growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Communication: Clearly cascades business plans, growth strategies, and sales objectives to the team.
- Monitoring and optimizing performance: Oversees plan implementation and develops growth activities to reach sales targets.
- Customer base expansion: Implements strategies to attract new clients and strengthen market presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (preferred). MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years in B2B Sales & Marketing. Account Management experience preferred.
- Experience in Brand Management and driving sales growth.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent people management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month
