Job Description
1. Ensures that the compliance risk management system is designed to specifically identify and mitigate compliance risks, which may erode the franchise value of the TRBank, Inc. (A Rural Bank).
2. Designs the Bank’s Compliance Program, promotes its effective implementation, and recommends appropriate courses of action to address breaches that may arise.
3. Administers the Compliance Program, validating and monitoring compliance in banking units.
4. Supervises the compliance function and ensures that its mandate, activities, and key result areas are performed and delivered, while maintaining authority and independence.
5. Reinforces a culture of compliance in support of the vision and values of the Bank.
6. Ensures the timeliness, integrity, and accuracy of all documentary submissions to the BSP and other regulatory agencies.
7. Liaises with BSP and other regulatory agencies on compliance-related issues.
