Job Description
One-day hiring process Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Position Overview: This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comprehensive knowledge of airline policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the booking process, confirm payment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Assist customers with travel documents and pre-travel requirements.
- Promote additional services such as travel insurance and hotel accommodations.
