- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, aiming to resolve on the first contact.
- Match customers’ needs with clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients, as well as colleagues.
