Job Description
Qualifications:
- Completed High school (old or new curriculum)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- With BPO experience is a plus but NOT required
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time
- Become and remain knowledgeable about social media products and community standards
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills and empathy
- Display strong bias to doing what’s right for our community in supporting social media’s mission
