Jobs Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers through phone or written correspondence.
- Resolves customer concerns on the first contact without transferring.
- Matches customer needs to clients’ products and services.
- Utilizes negotiation and influencing skills to address objections.
- Shares information with internal and external clients.
