Job Description
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes or as instructed by Head chef. Ensure that food is cooked to the correct temperature and meets quality standards. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils. Monitor food stock levels and place orders for ingredients as needed. Follow health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Assist in menu planning and development. Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
