Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
- Content Moderator
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, provide accurate solutions.
- Knowledge of company products, services, and maintaining professionalism.
- Show empathy and patience with customers.
Qualifications:
- Face to Face Interview ONLY at Ortigas site.
- Onsite work required.
- Must be Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status.
- Minimum High School Graduate, with basic English skills.
- Good active listening skills and empathy.
Nice to have (Optional):
- Prior customer service experience in a call center environment.
