Job Description
Responsible for overseeing daily operations of customer service team, developing policies and procedures, monitoring performance, and providing excellent service. Must support internal and external customers, train new employees, and analyze trends.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure high service levels
- Monitor team performance for productivity
- Resolve customer complaints promptly
- Analyze customer interaction trends
- Train and mentor team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Create initiatives for improving customer satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
