Job Description
- Responsible in providing clerical support and assistance in timekeeping activities of the department.
- Responsible for maintaining, updating, and monitoring employee work schedules and daily time records.
- Verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments while tracking overtime hours and approving compensatory time earned.
- Responsible for keeping track of leave time such as vacation or sick leaves for employees on site.
- Collects time data such as entries from biometrics, official business forms, leave forms and overtime forms, etc.
- Calculates the employees time worked and absences ensures the completeness of attendance summary on every payroll cut-off.
- Tracks tardiness and absences and endorses the lists of employees due for disciplinary action to the HR Manager.
- Monitors and updates leave credits of employees.
- Provides monthly summary report of leave credits to HR Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM or other human resource related courses.
- With 1 year experience as HR Timekeeping and admin
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Can start immediately
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Can work under pressure and minimum supervision.
- Must be adaptable, team player, proactive.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php16,00.00 per month
