Job Description
Qualifications:
- Holder of Vocational Certificate or Degree in any field
- Proficient in payroll and benefits administration
- Demonstrates integrity with a commitment to confidentiality
- Attentive to detail
- Available to start immediately
- Amenable to work at Tayuman, Manila
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute payroll processing for the company
- Accurately calculate payments, including overtime, deductions, and bonuses
- Administer employee benefit programs
- Maintain compliance with labor and benefit laws, staying informed of regulatory updates
- Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits
- Provide assistance for company events and other tasks as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,500.00 per month
