Job Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in English & Filipino (Spoken & Written).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage service providers and customers.
- Immediate availability.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare and distribute client billing materials regularly.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and billing communications.
- Investigate and resolve outstanding balance issues with internal teams and clients.
- Process bills accurately and on time following company standards.
- Generate reports on accounts receivable aging and collections activities for management.
- Contact consumers to collect overdue balances and address billing inquiries professionally.
- Document collection activities and customer interactions accurately in the invoicing system.
- Ensure proper receivables accounting and recommend process enhancements.
- Monitor BIR Form 2307 and provide weekly collection reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift, Holidays, Monday to Friday, Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
