Job Description
- Education: College graduate – BS Accountancy
- Licensure: CPA is an advantage
- Experience: 10 years related experience in managerial capacity in a Manufacturing Electronics Company
- Competencies: Accounting Principles, Taxation, Labor laws, Cost Benefit Analysis, Analytical Thinking, Integrity, Attention to details, Interpersonal Skills, Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Knowledgeable and skillful on the use of automated Accounting System
- Special Courses/Training: Latest BIR Rulings, PICPA Continuing Education, and related developmental courses
BASIC FUNCTION: Contribute to company growth and profitability by planning, organizing, leading, and controlling financial activities.
- Financial Reports, Books of Accounts, Government Reports, Yearly Audit Preparation, Accounting Policies, External Relations, Property Accounting, Leadership / Management Effectiveness
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Performance Areas include Financial Management, Book of Accounts Monitoring, Accounting Policies, Company Asset oversight, Yearly Audit, Government Reports filing, External Relations management, Leadership/Management Effectiveness
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits: Paid training, Transportation service provided
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary
