POSITION SUMMARY

The Continuous Improvement Champion will drive service improvement and productivity initiatives for Nestlé Business Services Manila. This role involves implementing a continuous improvement strategy to enhance business processes and support overall business transformation.

The Continuous Improvement Champion will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement a service improvement roadmap. They will lead continuous improvement projects, manage stakeholders, and cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course
- Must have a Green / Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification
- 5+ years’ experience in Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Skilled in stakeholder management and process deployment
