Job Description
As a Crew Control Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the scheduling and assignment of crew members for various operations within the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Your duties will include monitoring crew availability, managing shift rotations, and ensuring that all crew members are properly trained and certified for their assigned tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating with crew members regarding their assignments and providing support as needed.
