Description :
- Responsible for the operations of transportation for day and night shift to ensure efficient operation.
- Coordinate and allocate capacity based on parcel quantity, adjusting routes as needed.
- Support daily transport vehicle arrangement plan and coordinate with suppliers and branches nationwide.
- Analyze vehicle usage, address issues, and meet customer demands promptly.
- Assist in data preparation, analyze problems, and propose solutions for operational improvement.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the company/supervisors.
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of Logistics or Express industry experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- High responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible working hours and willingness to work in shifts.
- Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of product distribution and vehicle planning.
- Must be willing to work on-site 6 days a week and open to relocation.
