Job Description
The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (ME&L) Officer at Jhpiego is responsible for managing monitoring and evaluation activities, including system development, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Key duties involve designing evaluation methodologies, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring data collection tool effectiveness. The role also includes conducting assessments, identifying project strengths/weaknesses, and suggesting improvements.
