Job Description
As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing processes. You will also be tasked with reconciling billing statements and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Attention to detail and proficiency in data entry are key skills for this role.
Additionally, the Billing Clerk will need to maintain billing documentation and records, as well as communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding billing inquiries and issues.
