Your Key Responsibilities:
- Delight our customers with exceptional service on every interaction.
- Handle inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Needed Qualifications:
- High school graduate (Old Curriculum) or higher.
- Minimum of six months to one year BPO experience handling voice international accounts.
