Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first call whenever possible.
- Matches customers’ demands to Clients’ products and services.
- Utilizes negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Shares information with internal and external clients.
