Job Description
Caldwell Communications is seeking candidates to join our dynamic team for the position of Dayshift – Chat/Email Support (NON-VOICE) with no experience required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently on the first call.
- Match customers’ needs with the right products and services.
- Negotiate to overcome objections and secure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
