Job Description
- Fitness Assessment: Conducting initial fitness assessments for new members, including measurements and testing.
- Creating Personalized Plans: Designing workout plans tailored to individual goals and abilities.
- Instructing Exercise Techniques: Teaching proper techniques to prevent injuries.
- Providing Motivation: Encouraging members and offering support.
- Leading Group Classes: Instructing various fitness classes based on expertise.
- Monitoring Progress: Tracking members’ development and adjusting plans accordingly.
- Ensuring Safety: Maintaining a clean, safe gym environment.
- Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with fitness trends.
- Customer Service: Addressing member concerns promptly.
- Administrative Tasks: Handling scheduling and paperwork.
