Job Description
- Maintenance of documents according to the prescribed records classification scheme.
- Labelling and filling of folders, holders, and shelves for easy retrieval.
- Regular updating of records inventory.
- Assistance in the receipt of documents endorsed to the library for safekeeping.
- Retrieval and release of files upon duly-approved client request.
- Scanning of inactive and confidential company documents/photos.
- Preparation of documents that have reached their retention period/s.
- Shredding of files and coordination with janitorial staff prior to actual disposal.
- Transfer of documents to offsite storage, or as needed.
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Work well with people.
