Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor/College degree.
- 1-2 years experience in administrative, customer service, or operational roles.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Location: Subaru Manila Bay, Aseana City, Paranaque.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain customer relations, address concerns, and resolve complaints for total satisfaction.
- Support CS performance and reports, conduct dealer audits, and handle sales/service activities.
- Manage online bookings, compile reports, and provide administrative support.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday with weekends off.
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary, Overtime pay.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
