Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors existing systems, policies, and controls, recommends quality assured policies and procedures.
- Conducts bi-monthly branch visits.
- Checks governmental compliances and ensures ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Performs other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year business program, preferably in accounting or financial management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Effective communication skills, ability to handle work pressures, and adapt to new methods.
- Strong human relations skills, especially dealing with supervisors, government offices, and financial institutions.
