Job Description
Account: Shipping and Logistics
Salary: 12k-18k
Shift schedule: Shifting schedule, work onsite setup
Education: College Graduate of Accountancy, Finance or Marketing courses
Experience: No BPO experience
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and effectively identify and address their needs.
- Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about company products, services, and policies.
- Actively promote and upsell additional products or services when appropriate.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.

Salary: Php12,897.44 – Php18,00.00 per month
