Job Description
The GSSC Claims Support Officer plays a vital role in facilitating the claims process within the Global Shared Service Center. Key responsibilities include reviewing and processing insurance claims, communicating with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of claims.
Applicants should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A background in insurance or finance is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management is a plus.
