What We’ll Bring:
The Consumer Operations Representative is responsible for addressing consumer requests and concerns in various channels including Back-Office, Walk-in, Email, and Call Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely responses to Consumer Credit Report requests within the Service Level Agreement.
- Conduct D2C tasks according to TransUnion’s Compliance requirements, such as logging consumer requests, reviewing documents, updating trackers, reconciling payments, and issuing credit reports.
- Create and implement Consumer Relations policies, procedures, scripts, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors for prompt resolution of consumer disputes, complaints, and escalations.
- Coordinate with Operations Dispute Team and Data Furnishers to resolve consumer concerns.
- Maintain adherence to TAT for all consumer operations processes.
Impact You’ll Make:
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in consumer operations, customer service, banking, or BPO.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to generate reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
This position is On-Site Essential and requires in-person work at a designated TU office location.
