Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Your main duties will include addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key requirements for this position include fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication skills, and a friendly and professional demeanor. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required, as we will provide training for the right candidate.
