Job Description
Reports to Operations Manager. Oversees and accountable of total store operations by ensuring maximum sales and profitability through customer service, inventory, marketing and sales, managing operating cost and people development
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities of Front End, Selling, and Back End Personnel.
- Will focus on Selling and Marketing Initiatives of the store.
- No major customer complaints.
- Resolve and professionally handle employee conflicts and concerns.
- Sales oriented, customer focused.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership skills; people management.
- Graduate of any 4-year business course.
- Should have at least 2 years of relevant experience as Store Supervisor or Assistant Manager in related field/industry.
- Willing to be assigned at Waltermart Carmona, Cavite.

- 8-hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Carmona, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Retail Sales Associate: 1 year (Preferred)
