The Operations team at Shopee manages the entire operational process, including Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics, and more. Join us in supporting our fast-growing e-commerce platform!
- Provide administrative support for office efficiency
- Monitor daily attendance and coordination with agencies
- Answer queries, schedule meetings, and support visitors
- Carry out administrative duties like filing and typing
- Ensure equipment operation, maintenance, and inventory
- Maintain supplies inventory and support team efforts
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in Warehouse, E-commerce, Logistics preferred
- Effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Knowledgeable in MS and Google Applications
- Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
