Job Description
Main Objectives:
- Ensure staffing procedures meet company/client requirements.
- Conduct day-to-day Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Procedure.
- Conduct calibration and certification for new recruitment staff.
- Review Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Procedures, and update where necessary.
- Implement Recruitment, Selection, and Placement enhancements when needed.
- Recommend Recruiting Strategies to increase people.
- 100% On-Time on Headcount Request.
- Compute the expected applications needed to hire the expected number of applicants based on the average Hit Rate.
- Conceptualize the sourcing plan to cover the needed applications to complete the request.
- Ensure Reasonable Cost per Hire.
- Review the cost of sourcing activities and section cost in terms of office supplies usage and telephony.
- Monitor Recruitment Metrics by gathering data and computing based on On-Time, Hit Rate, Cost per Hire, and Conversion Rate.
