Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supervisor to lead our Accounting department, focusing on Accounts Payable (AP) Indexing at Ingram Micro. The role includes overseeing the AP Indexing team, ensuring accuracy in invoice processing and payments.
Key responsibilities involve managing the AP Indexing process, reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and driving process enhancements. Collaboration with other departments for streamlined workflows and regulatory compliance is essential.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, possess strong leadership skills, and showcase prior experience in accounts payable. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills are desirable.
