Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with the following qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Non-BPO experience accepted with excellent communication skills
- Fresh Graduates welcome
- BPO experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Know the products to answer customer questions
