Job Description

Founded in 2019, Gordian Staffing assists small and medium-sized enterprises in the US and Canada with specialized services. Join our team at Gordian Remote Services headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, with offices in Guadalajara and Mexico City.
Our client focuses on community management and accounting for planned communities, offering expert advice and management services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone and card payments from homeowners.
- Educate homeowners on payment options.
- Provide support for online payments and inquiries.
- Set up ACH and address homeowner balance queries.
Schedule:
- Graveyard shift from 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM Philippines time, Monday to Friday.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-2 years Call Center experience.
- Experience in billing or collections campaigns.
- Reside in Metro Manila.
EQUIPMENT AND INTERNET:
- Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS.
- CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor.
- RAM: 2GB or more.
- Hard drive: 128GB or more (preferably SSD).
- Minimum 50 Mbps Internet speed.
Skills Required:
- Organized, effective communication, customer-oriented, assertive.
Full-time position with a salary range of Php25,00.00 – Php33,00.00 per month.
