Job Description
- Processes warranty claims promptly with franchise or distributor.
- Ensures proper documentation of all warranty paperwork.
- Verifies criteria needed by factory or distributor.
- Reconciles warranty receivables with payments accurately.
- Posts credits on computer and handles rejected claims efficiently.
- Coordinates parts shipment and maintains service records.
- Stays updated on factory recalls and assists with clerical tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
