Job Description:
The Manager II, Quality is responsible for managing Transaction Monitoring for clients with multiple programs or lines of businesses across different sites. This position supervises Quality staff members, ensuring accuracy of evaluations, analysis, and team performance. Responsibilities include overseeing work assignments, training, and development, maintaining performance metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive process improvements.
- Supervise quality work group, including assignment and monitoring.
- Maintain performance metrics of team and individuals.
- Evaluate process effectiveness and collaborate on improvement plans.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Oversee audits and recommend process changes.
Location: PHL Quezon City – Tera Tower 15th Floor
Language Requirements: English
