Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW: Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving business growth? Discovery Credit Solutions Corp. is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee operations and drive sales at our Davao branch. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing business plans, and ensuring top-notch customer service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years in financial services with proven branch management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Knowledge of lending products and regulations. Proficiency in MS Office.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead branch team to meet sales and growth targets. Develop business plans and nurture client relationships. Ensure compliance with lending policies and oversee loan portfolios. Collaborate with departments on marketing efforts.
BENEFITS: Health insurance, paid training, staff meals. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts. Supplemental pay: 13th-month salary, performance bonus.
