Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard procedures
- Recognize and escalate priority issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction with one-call resolution
- Perform basic troubleshooting
We are hiring for various accounts in Customer Service, Technical Support, Travel, Hotel Reservations, Healthcare, Financial, Telco, and Non-Voice roles.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
