Job Description
- Checking, Posting, Updating, and Reconciliation of Accounts Payables
- Monitors and processes open purchase orders, ensuring correct approval process
- Receives Billing Statement/Invoice from suppliers
- Charges expenses to accounts accurately
- Ensures correct input tax and prepares payment vouchers
- Prepares checks for various expenses and bank transactions
- Disburses payments to suppliers and reconciles vendor accounts
- Fills Accounting Documents and performs assigned functions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
