Job Description

Qualifications:
- a. Candidate must be at least 18 years old
b. Bachelor’s Degree or 2nd year in College with no back subjects
c. High School Graduates are accepted
d. Conversant in English

Responsibilities:
- Responds to call questions and complaints, gathers information, communicates alternatives, provides instruction and support to employees.
